What to get in touch about
- A broken game. If a game won't load, freezes, or shows an error, tell us which one (the page URL helps) and what device and browser you're using. We'll fix or replace it.
- A suggestion. Know a free browser game we should add? Send the link. We play everything before listing it, so a sentence on why you like it speeds things up.
- A correction. Spotted a mistake in a write-up, or a control we've described wrong? We'd rather know.
- A takedown or credit request. If you're the developer of a game we embed and you'd like it removed, the credit changed, or the link updated, email us and we'll act on it — we only want to feature games with their creators' goodwill.
What we can't help with
We don't make most of the games here, so we can't usually fix in-game bugs, recover lost progress, or reset anything inside a game. For those, it's best to contact the game's developer directly — there's a link to them on every game page.
Response time
SonoTap is run by a small team, so replies aren't instant — but we aim to respond within a few days. If you don't hear back, check your spam folder, or send a nudge.
