Draw a Stickman
Draw your own stickman character and guide it through an interactive adventure.
Overview
The adventure begins with a blank space and a pencil: you draw the hero yourself, and the game accepts whatever you sketch onto the page. From there, drawing becomes the central verb. When a gap blocks the path, you draw a line to cross it; when something needs lifting or pushing, you sketch the tool. The stickman you created walks through a hand-drawn world, and the things you draw become part of it.
This is what sets the game apart from a standard platformer — the player is also the level designer, on the fly. Each scene presents a small problem, and the solution is whatever you can render with the pencil in time, which means two players rarely have quite the same run. The story unfolds through these interactive moments rather than long text, so progress feels less like clearing levels and more like illustrating your way forward through a gentle, surprising tale.
How to Play
Move your stickman with the arrow keys, and draw with the mouse (or your finger on a touchscreen). Clicking or tapping interacts with objects in the world; drawing lays down lines and shapes that the game uses to solve the scene's puzzle. Watch each area for the prompt it implies — a gap to bridge, an object to create — sketch what is needed, then guide your character through. Your drawings are not decoration: they become functional parts of the environment that the stickman can stand on or use.
Tips & Strategy
Draw with intent, not flourish. The game reads your lines as functional shapes, so a simple straight bridge crosses a gap more reliably than an elaborate sketch; keep strokes clean and purpose-built for the problem in front of you, and save the decorative drawing for moments when nothing depends on the result.
Look at each scene as a small puzzle with a drawing for an answer. Before you commit ink, read what is missing — a platform, a ramp, a weight — and draw exactly that object, sized to fit. When a drawing does not work as expected, it is usually a matter of shape or placement rather than creativity, so adjust the line rather than starting over. Move carefully after creating a path: your stickman interacts with what you drew in real time, and a hastily placed line can become an obstacle as easily as a solution.
