The puzzle catalog includes picture logic in Nonogram, illumination rules in Akari and rotating networks in Netwalk, alongside number, word and spatial puzzles. Pick a rule system that matches the kind of deduction you want to practice.
Nonogram presents a ten-by-ten picture grid with numbered runs beside rows and columns. Left-click fills a square, right-click marks an X and dragging fills a sequence. Touch uses a tap to fill and a long press for an X. A clue tells you about consecutive filled cells, not simply how many cells appear anywhere in the line. Compare what a row requires with the columns it crosses before committing an uncertain square.
Start with lines whose clues occupy most of the available space. Mark confirmed empty cells as well as confirmed filled cells; leaving everything undecided makes it harder to distinguish a deduction from a guess. A promising picture shape is not evidence on its own. The row and column constraints should explain every permanent mark you make.
Akari asks you to illuminate every white cell while preventing bulbs from shining on one another. Numbered walls specify the number of adjacent bulbs. Click a white cell to add or remove a bulb, and use the secondary action to mark a cell that should stay empty. Phones provide a Secondary toggle rather than requiring a long press.
Follow the light until the next wall, then examine whether the bulb blocks another required position. A numbered wall with very few available neighbors can be a useful starting point. Undo lets you revisit a choice without treating a speculative placement as a proven solution.
Netwalk rotates wire tiles until all endpoints belong to one connected network without loops. Click rotates anticlockwise; secondary click rotates clockwise. Desktop Shift-click or middle click locks a tile, while the phone Secondary toggle selects the alternate rotation. Check the preset before assuming the border is closed: wrapping boards connect opposite edges. Start with constrained pieces and trace connections outward. Choose this game for spatial connectivity, Akari for interacting light constraints, or Nonogram for intersecting number clues.
